No, it is not any typing error. Sometimes the closing cutoff for even branches like Computer Science can go till 6 to 7 lakhs. This is because, there are certain seats reserved for management quota. Usually students who have not secured good marks claim under management quota. Another factor is that, in the last rounds of counselling, sometimes the cutoff can get relaxed.

But this does not mean that all those who secure rank around 6 lakhs can get CS. On the basis of purely merit, it is not possible.
