The Total fees including your Hostel fees will cost you about 1.5 lakhs per semester . Plus you need to add more Rs.20,000 for your own expense.

However you can easily get scholarships in BITS , Here are the options;

1. Merit cum Need Scholarship
2. Merit sholarship ( if you are the topper of your respective 10+2 Board)
