Hi aspirant,

There are two modes of admission to the B.Tech  Program in Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology. The two modes are-
1. Mode1
Admission on the basis of JEE Main score. 70 per cent of the seats are filled on the basis of percentile-based JEE Main.
2. Mode2
Admission on the basis of 10+2 marks 
The remaining 20 per cent seats are filled on the basis of merit of 10+2 marks in Physics and Mathematics and any one subject out of Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology and Technical Vocational subject.
