You have not mentioned the category you belong to.
So, considering you as a General candidate, expected cutoff for NEET 2020 (15% All India Quota) is 50th percentile for government colleges.
But securing 50th percentile score doesn't ensure your admission. To be on the safer side, you'll have to score 600+ marks if you want to take admission in a government college.
However, for 85% State Quota seats, obtaining 550+ marks will provide you a seat in a good government medical college.
