Hi dear,

Chandigarh university is best for Btech courses. In this Competitive world every university wants to be best. But the university which offers you Excel faculty, best infrastructure and enviroment, labs and workshops according to current corporate scenerio and best placements that university tops all.Hence, this university fulfills the above criteria.

Chandigarh University offers more than 33 under-graduate and post graduate engineering programs which includes aerospace engineering, CSE artifical intelligence, CSE cloud computing, Civil engineering, automobile engineering, electrical engineering and many more. Every engineering program has its own eligibility criteria, if you are qualifed as per eligibility criteria mentioned, Only then you can apply in that particular engineering program. If you compare fees with other universities in engineering, it is also reasonable.

You can also avail scholarship If you have more than 80% in 10+2. If you want to avail 100% scholarship, then CU also offers you through CUSAT exam.  It is the only university where almost all core companies of every stream visits regularly for campus recruitment. They have n number of companies visting their campus for recruitment. Some of these MNCs are Microsoft, Google, Wipro, IBM , Infosys, Bharti Airtel and over 200+ companies. According to their placement record in 2017-2018 , 492 companies visited the campus and 5134 offer letters were given to the students.

Well, it depends on your outlook. For many the University stands among the best but truly with the name that it holds and the word to mouth reviews it seems that the environment may not be good enough for many as University lies among the regions where the drugs supply is very high and might be a problem for many other than this, talking about the facilities, well being a private University they will provide you with all the materialistic facilities but they will be charging you for that. Finally talking about the academics and placements well both these depend upon your hard-work and the opportunities that you get. That depends on you and the college will also be helping you on that.

Overall to say CU, not the best for BTech but still can be considered.
