As per my opinion,LPU is better among the other two mentioned in the north eastern region as it provides quality education at reasonable cost ,all round activities during the term course and no doubt remarkable placements with its students bagging 1 crore packages these days and alumni working in silicon valley companies like google, yahoo, amazon ,Wipro,cognizant etc

As both Chandigarh University and Chitkara University are good as well.But,From the education pont of view,Infrastructure and Placements in companies like TCS,Wipro,Infosys,SAP and rest others ,is better,as compared to Chitkara University.So,I recommend you to go for Chandigarh University.
