Hope you are doing well. As per your query IIT Jodhpur ranked 53rd and IIT Bhubaneswar ranked 56th in All India. Both the colleges are very renowned and good colleges amongst IIT. CSE branch in both the colleges are very good but it is better in IIT Jodhpur. Almost 80% students got placed from CSE branch. The average salary package was 15 LPA. I think IIT Bhubaneshwar is better than IIT JODHPUR in the following Parameters :

Fees : CSE has lower fees in IIT Bhubaneshwar

Rankings : IIT Bhubaneshwar - 30th IIT Jodhpur - 72 ND in universities

They are more or less same in Infrastructure, faculties and placements
