I'll suggest go for DTU.

The college environment is good.
Placements are comparable.
You'll enjoy college life more than IIIT.
You'll enjoy city life. Allahabad is no city compared to Delhi.

You'll not regret DTU.

Both the colleges are good. If we talk about overall ratings than DTU has more ratings and we talk about placements than IIIT Allahabad has good placements.
