Talking about the difference between the two fields, Electronics and Telecommunication is a major field that falls under the category of Electronics Engineering. While electronics engineers have civil and electrical handles also, the telecommunications engineers handle different types of technology that help us to communicate.

Hope you are doing well!! See the above colleges that you have mentioned these are good colleges in private. And regarding your query there is little difference between electronics and telecommunication engineering and telecommunication engineering. The fact is in electronics you will deal with some circuits, digital analog, electrical etc but in telecommunication you will just study about signal analog and some little related to circuits as compared to electronics engineering and other cable system, satellite development etc. Hope these will help your purpose regarding any query feel free to ask in comment section.
