Hello krish.
You can definitely take admission in IISC Bangalore if you have a good KVPY score.It doesn't matter you have PCB or PCM,what they will see is if you have qualified KVPY exam.If you have qualified both the exam and the interview of KVPY,you are most likely to get admission in IISc Bangalore.PCM will matter when you want to take admission in it on the basis of JEE mains or advance.Hope this helps
