Is if possible to get admission in cs having 39121 JEE main rank, general category, Haryana domicile

Well you can get into a North-Eastern NIT.
As per last year cutoff you can end in NIT Manipur or NIT Nagaland their cutoffs were 38k and 37k last year so maybe by chance even you can get into it.

No you cannot get CS branch in any of the NITs at this rank.
But you may try for IIITs in josaa counselling.you might get EC in these IIITs by the last round. All the best for counselling.
But I advice you to focus more on JEE advanced.

Hi,
You can get cs branch but it depends in which college. And if you have cleared the mains exam then why dont you prepare well for jee advanced . Go for the thing you wish for.
