When you take admission in IGNOU, you choose a study centre and you submit your assignments to that concerned study centre only, not anywhere else. You need to list out the assignments you've submitted in a paper and get it signed by the coordinator when you submit your assignments, incase some misplace takes place, you'll have a proof with yourself.
