ISI kolkata is one of the best statistical institutions providing lucrative oppportunities, the college accepts B.Hons course with duration of 3yearsas with total 50 seats against BTech of 4years.

The college accepts inhouse examination known as ISI test for admissions for all courses including Mtech in Computer science.

THe college is at par with IISC bangalore and other top IITs and NIts , however, it is not the best as average salary is much lesseer compaered totop engineering institutes in Inida.

ISI Kolkata is the oldest one so it is perceived as the best. There are no engineering courses offered. It is a statistical institute and candidates can pursue B.Stats for which there is an entrance test in Mathematics.
