I can give answer to this question very well. Both things are good MSc and CSE, and both college are top class college. But as see the demand in future, I suggest you to take CSE with IoT from Vellore. There is very vast scope of CSE engineer in now days. And IoT is like a boom in now days. It's better to take admission for CSE.
