Hello Muhammed,

Yes it is compulsory to upload obc ncl certificate if you have choosed that category .Because your rank will be from this category which is obc .And also at the time of counselling you need to provide the certification to the college.Incase you do not provide or upload the certificate to the category  you belong then your rank will be considered in general rank with general cutoff.You will be not eligible for any reservation criteria.
