Samskruthi as per strict rules from MHRD with less than 75% in the 12th board you are not eligible for admission in any NIT and IIT irrespective of how much you score in JEE Mains or JEE Advanced exam. But after giving exam you will definitely get your JEE Main scorecard which you can use to get admission in other colleges which are allowed from JOSAA, and colleges which accept JEE marks.

Please note that the eligibility criteria for JEE Mains is that you must have a minimum of 75% marks. So, as your score is below that, we cam safely conclude that you are not eligible.
