is it necessary for a pg medical student pursuing MD / MS course to stay in hostel if the house is close to the college?

if i talking about AIIMS ...

All students (undergraduate, postgraduate ) of any stream, all Junior and ... In addition, trainees and students from overseas who pursue elective training ... Therefore it may not be necessary to go to the hostel office under such circumstances.

Hi Sanjibani,

Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you  no as such no rule is there that a student should be there in hostel to pursue MD/MS course. More over implementing this type of rule requires heavy infrastructure and students living in same city in which college is there then it depends upon the student he/she wants to live in hostel or not.
