Is it necessary to serve the armed forces after you do your MD/MS/DNB PG from any of the armed forces institutions like R and R Hospital New Delhi, INHS Ashwini, Mumbai or AFMC Pune?

Hello aspirant

Yes,it is compulsory to serve in armed force after completing your MBBS from these military colleges for a minimum period of 7 years during which you cannot pursue your pg(for short term commission). If you are chosen for permanent commission then you can pursue your PG after 4 years of completing MBBS.
