I am extremely Sorry to say but No, Once the portal is closed, you cannot alter the prefernce order. However you can still drop an email to JAC asking about it,for improvision in your preference order . You will be lucky enough if  they tell you to send your application details and revised preferences list. However stay sure and focused next time while applying for such applications.
