Dear Aspirant, hope you are doing well. According to previous year's trends and cutoffs it is not possible to get this branch at IIT delhi. You might get IITS like Guwahati and Hyderabad At this rank. As far as EWS is concerned nothing can be said as this is the first time that the category has introduced so please wait for cutoffs to be out. Hope it helps!! Good luck!!
