Hello,
There is less or no possibility to get bsc cs hons in north campus with this percentage. According to my personal experience, only two college in north campus i .e. Hansraj college and SGTB khalsa college offer bsc in computer science. In order to get admission in these colleges, candidate must have 95% and above.
It is difficult to say about ews quota as it is introduced this year only.
You can try for college in south campus, they're many good colleges in south campus offering bsc cs too like Deen Dual Upadhyay college, Dayal Singh college etc.
