According to the information given on the official site of the commissioner of KEAM, there is no article regarding the refund of any amount. So, from the official information gathered through the sources, it would highly unlikely that you would get a refund of any amount from the commissioner of KEAM.

Well technically it should be refunded but the official website of KEAM does not say anything about any refund.

Please check the prosectus. It talks about the refund. It says fee paid will be refunded after deducting Rs 1000 as processing charges.
