so admission in the college central institute of plastic engineering and technology (CIPET) for the course B.tech is done through the state entrance exam of the respective state in which the institute is situated , for example as you are asking for chennai then your admission will be done on the basis of TNEA and TNEA eligibility criteria for CIPET B.tech is candidate must have passed their 10+2 from tamil nadu and candidate must have secured a minimum aggregate of 50 percent marks in their 10+2 , there is relaxation of 5 percent for reserved category students

CIPET conducts CIPET JEE which is the entrance for all students to get admission into this college. Students need to apply from official website https://eadmission.cipet.gov.in/ and sit for the entrance test. However, for the academic year 2020, the exam has already been conducted and the merit list is already out.
