Have a question related to CIPET Chennai ?

I have done my 3 year diploma from CIPET AMRITSAR (Central institute of petrochemical Engineering and Technology). I want to know can I get direct admission in Btech computer science lateral entry

Hello aspirant,

you can join in B.tech computer science as lateral entry after completing of diploma. as b.tech will be only for three years for the diploma holders.

There are seats available in many colleges to get direct admission in specified branch. These seats are under management quota. one should pay the management fee and the college fee so that they can get direct admission in b.tech in any branch. This management fee is different in every college.

all the best...

i am shobhit kumar have completed DPMT cipet madurai Now i want to do btech in lateral entry from chennai how to apply please help me and fees also tell

Hello Student

As you have completed diploma in plastic modelling moulding Technology and you now you want to take admission in B.tech courses of plastic moulding engineering through lateral entry in Central Institute of plastic engineering Chennai you have to appear for an joint interes examination. On the basis of Mars in diploma courses and marks achieveting this joint entrance examination for lateral entry B.tech courses in Central Institute of plastic engineering Chennai, marks for joint entrance examination also will be taken into account for selection in this Btech course .

Hope this will help.

Compare KIIT Bhubaneswar CIPET Ahmedabad

Dear aspirant,

I would be judging these two colleges in terms of three factors :-

  1. Placements
  2. Campus life
  3. Return on investment

Regarding placements if you are opting for non core branch in kiit bhuvaneshwar then you would be having upper hand rather than in cipet Ahmedabad. In case of engineering you should opt cipet.

The campus life in both these colleges is a strict one and you don't have the freedom to do anything or roam around after a particular timing in the campus.

In ROI factor cipet ahemdabad will be better because on investment of 10-13 L you would get a decent placement whereas in kiit bhuvaneshwar it would cost around 20L .
