If you are talking about lower NITs like NIT Silchar, Arunachal Pradesh etc then I would suggest you to choose Osmania University as this is the better one in comparison. Rest your choice so decide well.

iam getting nit mizoram, nit agartala ,nit Srinagar ,nit nagaland and nit arunachal Pradesh are they more worth doing mtech than doing in osmania University.if they are then suggest me better nits among the nits mentioned above....
