Yes, A Candidate must have passed 10+2 (Senior Secondary) or equivalent examination recognized by the University of Delhi with Mathematics as one of the regular subjects and B.Sc. (Hons.) Chemistry examination with at least two papers of Mathematics . And 55% or above marks in aggregate or equivalent grade.
