Yes it is correct. From this year onwards that is from 2020 to get admission into B. Pharmacy, D Pharm it is necessary to give NEET UG entrance then you have to appear for the NEET if you want to get admission into pharmacy courses too.

NEET is the entrance exam for medical courses like MBBS,BDS,Ayush and veterinary courses. Pharma d is a pharmacy course. Nothing official has been made about Pharma D conducting its admission through NEET score. But few states may accept NEET scores for admission to Pharma D. Most States have their own entrance exams for admission to Pharma d like Maharashtra Common Entrance Test, NIPER JEE, Bharati Vidyapeeth Common Entrance Test, Dayananda Sagar University Admission Test, VELS exam,NIMS entrance exam, MU OET, etc.
