Sarvajanik College of Engineering and technology is a very good institute for B Tech degrees. But, IT is a field that has comparatively lesser placement opportunities than CSE or ECE. There are opportunities of placements from good companies if you enrol in the TnP department of the college . TnP means Training and placement department that helps you find and good job. This department keeps you updated when recruitment is arriving. Students from IT department are usually getting average packages of 3-4 lakhs per year and above.

Sarvajanik college of engineering and technology is the premium engineering institute in south Gujarat. All departments here have experienced and highly educated faculties.

As per the information and experience of my friends, Scet is the best college in surat after SVNIT if we consider education. Experienced faculties and good facilities compare to other colleges.

Placements are also pretty good, multinational companies like TCS, Microsoft, L&T recruit students.

However, placements is much better for CS and IT branch when compared to others.

Tentative percentage of students placed every year is 60 and above. Also, the institution take special steps to prepare the students for placement reason.

So you should go for it!
