Is that necessary to have above 75per.in 12th board for take admission in COEP ?If not necessary then how much marks have in CET?sure answer

The cutoffs vary every year depending upon various factors like number of students appearing for the exam, difficulty of paper set, etc. 

The eligibility for MHT-CET is that a student must score a minimum of 50% in 12th standard and admission in College of Engineering Pune is done on the basis of MHT-CET. So score high in Boards as it is also necessary (minimum is 50%).

The MHT-CET cutoff varies. I would suggest you to score 170-180+ to get a branch of your choice in College of Engineering Pune.

Is that marks I mean 180 are only for PCM

MHT-CET is of 200 marks of which Physics and Chemistry are of 50 marks each. Mathematics is of 100 marks. By 180 above I mean in total out of 200 in Physics ,Chemistry and Mathematics , try to score 180 and above to get branch of your choice.
