Hii mansi,

You have asked for three universities. Clearly these universities are different and have different value. But all colleges under same university have similar value. They also don't have same value.

Sir you answer is not clear to me can uh clear it out because in ons sentence u were saying all have same value and in last lins u were saying that also they dont have same value
