I understand that you are a private candidate and thus you are facing a dilemma on whether or not it is necessary to attend the 2020 practical examinations of the CBSE and so to answer your question, it is compulsory for any and all candidates to successfully appear and pass in both the theory and practical papers of the CBSE board in order to complete and obtain the pass certificate. So it is eminent that you have to attend the practical examinations, the venue of which will be mentioned on the admit card for the same.
