But, it is always that the private colleges receive more fees than that of the government colleges.

It is fact that, government colleges only receive the exact amount fixed to it. Whereas, private institutions receive the fixed amount in addition they add extra fee in the name of book fee, library fee, sports fee etc., etc.,
