NTA is strict about it. But for any reason, you cannot follow the dress code and you want to wear customary dress, you should inform NTA about it and take NTA's approval. If you opted for Customary dress code in the NEET application form, but you want to wear regular dress code, you needn''t inform NTA. Just follow NTA's dress code policy and there will be no problem.
