Hello Candidate,
The authorities have not officially declared any institute wise cut off lists yet but using previous years data we can predict your chances.Last year the closing score for VLSI at IIT Hyderabad was around 560 for sc category, so you've moderate chances of getting a seat at IIT Hyderabad.
