AT NIT KURUKUSHETRA, THE PROCEDURE OF BRANCH UPGRADATION IS QUITE SIMPLE. THE FORM IS AVAILAVLE EASILY FROM THE WEBSITE OR THE NIT MARKET.

IN THAT FORM THERE IS A LIST OF ALL DIFFERENT BRANCES AVAILABLE TO THE INSTITITUTE. YOU NEED TO FILL THE PREFERENCE ORDER.

I checked about the branch upgradation policy at NIT Kurukshetra on internet. Many students of NIT Kkr are of the opinion that branch change was possible till 2017, then from 2018, they changed this policy and made it impossible to change your branch in first year. So, for this batch starting in 2019, it is not possible to upgrade your branch, if they had not made any further amendments in the rules.
