Your question is bit confusing because it is not clear that whether you are asking about Course fees at IIT or any other kind of fees like donation or anything else. Once you clear JEE Mains and Advance paper then you don't have to pay any other fees except the course fees at IIT which is in between Rs. 1 Lakh to Rs. 1.5 Lakhs depending on which branch you choose.

I think you are not aware about the fee structures for the IITs after the clearance of JEE mains and advance . Yes, IITs do have its semester wise fee structure. As private colleges require fee to educate you, likewise government colleges too require fee to educate you. But the only difference is that you get a better platform to enhance you educational skills in the government colleges.
