You will find some rules written on the Admit card when you have download it. In that only it will be written which id proof to carry. You might carry your Aadhar card but it's better to carry your class 10/12 Admit card or whatever id proof you have submitted while filling the application form.
About the dress code, do not wear anything mettalic(not even earrings or bangles). Yes Kurti is absolutely fine. You will have to go through security check before you enter the examination hall. And do not wear any kind of hair accessories as well. You might tie your hair with a simple rubber band.
