Yes scholarships are provided to the students in bits pilani
There are two types of scholarships available in bits -

1. Merit based scholarships - if in each semester you get  above 7.5 or 8 gpa then you can get 80% off on tution fees
2. Merit cum need scholarship - if your parents annual income is less than 8 lakhs and in each sem. You get min. 7 gpa then you can get this scholarship.
