Yes u can apply for dual degree of msc but the condition is both subject should not belongs to practical , like chemistry Nd physics both r practical subject so u can not be go for dual msc for it
But can go for dual msc in math nd  either physics or chemistry

Yeah doing M.Sc from BITS in any field has a wider range of scope because with having a M.Sc degree in Physics or Maths you have the chances to enter in research centres / coaching institutes as well in teaching proffesion in IIT'S or NIT'S or any good ranked universities. So go for it.
