With 369 you don't have chances of getting a MBBS or BDS seat in All India Counselling. In AIQ, the cutoff for SC category for medical or BDS colleges is atleast in the range of 425-475. This is according to previous year cutoff. Also, your chances of getting govt college in Delhi is also very unlikely.
