Hey There,

Indian Institute of Technology Dhanbad will be conducting ISM EE 2018 in the second week of may. GATE qualified candidates will not have to attempt or qualify ISM EE 2018 and can directly join the counselling session.

But there seems to be no application link or procedure seperately for Non GATE MTech admission in the official website since I've checked it twice.
