The placement cell of ISMR organises group discussions, mock interviews, webinars, and seminars to help build confidence, soft skills and interview-facing skills of the students. This way the eligible candidates can be easily hired by the employers. • ISMR placement team starts by formally inviting the participating companies to conduct placement interviews.

• Right before the placement schedule, the companies are given a follow-up by the ISM Ranchi placement cell.

• Then, the companies provide the college with the necessary data with the help of a job announcement form, after which requirements are carefully checked.

• Next, a mutually agreeable date and time for the placement process is decided.

• Then the eligible students apply directly to the relevant job after registering them with the ISMR placement cell.

• After careful screening, the list of successfully selected candidates is announced.

• Based on the announcement, the students are asked to sign an offer letter.
