It is better to study B.Tech in IIIT Sri City, Chittor, Andhra Pradesh than studing 5 years M.Tech from University of Hyderabad, Hyderabad, Telangana. It is because IIIT Sri City has better Placements than University of Hyderabad, Hyderabad.  It is better to study B.Tech and then later M.Tech than studing Dual degree because you'll have in-depth knowledge of the subject.
