Internal sliding/change of branch is possible in the spot round in UPSEE counselling. In this round, only the last vacant seats are offered to candidates. The university will call the candidates according to their ranks and choices for the counselling. If you are still willing, you will have to register yourself on the website. This is a first-come first served scenario so you need to be on time. If you haven't frozen your seat yet, you may try but only after having a look at the vacant seats.
