VIT offers a lot of opportunities and very good facilities, it all depends on how you use them. Placements are very good as compared to colleges other than IIT's and NIT's. Hostels are way better than other colleges. Students from CSE in particular get a lot of opportunities for internships as well as placements.

Placements : The placements in college are good. More than 90% of the students of CS got placed. The highest package given by Adobe is 39 LPA. The lowest package is 3 LPA. The average salary is around 5 -8 LPA. Many tech companies like Amazon, Morgan Stanley, Sling Media etc. come to the college for the placements.
