Since you have mentioned that you belong to the Outside Delhi region, so therefore, the 55% eligibility criteria for admission in DTU (Delhi Technological University) will also be applicable for you, even if you are from UP. The eligibility criteria for B.Tech admission in DTU is as follows :

60% marks in 10+2 in 10+2 marks in aggregate of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics along with English as one of the main subjects from a recognized board.
