There are many factors determining the JEE paper 2 cutoff.Now the cutoffs are different for the different categories of students.So based upon your ank you have got quite good chances for admission in SPA Delhi.You have a good rank and also you will get relaxation in terms of cutoff.Also apply for other private colleges.
