I got 96.6 percentile in jeemains Barch paper 2 and I am OBC candidate.what is my rank and can I get seat in spa

Hi dear,
You have got 96.6 percentile that means your rank should be around 4900.You can also calculate as
Rank=(100-your percentile)×145000÷100
With this rank you have a low chance to get spa .you can check here last year cutoff
