Mostly yes. However, if you are only looking out for CSE seat in JNTUH. You have other option of Integrated course CSE+MTech or CSE+MBA. So now you have 3 options. CSE, CSE+Mtech& CSE+MBA. Since you mentioned about NCC A certification. From my side irrespective of others category you can get seat in your desired course of CSE

There are some other reservation categories like NCC,Sports,Physically Handicapped etc. We can anyhow predict the colleges for the entries which includes their caste but it becomes difficult coming to these other reservations like those mentioned above.

As you are a NCC A certificate holder, let's take your case. We doesn't know if there is student of caste(Sc,St or bc or girl category) with a B certificate and getting a rank around 1500 because this student will be given a more importance than you if he also chooses CSE at JNTUH.Yes even the caste is taken into consideration while dealing with NCC category.

The most important point is that a B certificate holder will be given more importance than a C certificate holder.

So,one cannot easily predict your college as you want to know in which college you may get with your NCC certificate.
