Sorry to say but as per your jee mains rank in sc category, you can't get any nit. 16853 is very high rank. For getting NIT Durgapur,you need to come under 7000 rank in sc category.

I regret to inform you that with such a low score its difficult for you to get admission into any prestigious college of engineering like nits with any branch.
Nit durgapur is one of the most sought after college in feild of engineering so they have high cutoffs for the candidates to get admission.
You can take a try in special rounds as your rank is not that good to get you any seats .
Either you take admission into any reputed private institutes or take part in any other councelling process.
